Q: Can I use more than one coupon code and are they applicable to everything on the website?

We will only accept one coupon code per order and they are only applicable on full-price jewelry items. No additional discounts on outlet items.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

If you created an account at the time of purchase you can sign in on the website with your email address and password. If you did not create an account, enter your email address and click forgot your password. This allows you to reset the password so you can log in. Once you are in you can access your order history and track new orders. Click HERE to sign in.

Q: What if my package is held up in shipping?

If your tracking information shows an estimated shipping delay, please allow 7 days (20 days for packages within the United States and Canada) so that USPS can correct it and forward the package to you. If it is beyond this time, please contact Customer service and we will be able to assist you via info@yuepengjewelry.com or whatsapp+86 13729163586 (Monday to Friday Saturday, 9:30 am to 4:30 PM, Beijing Standard Time)

Q:What should I do if my status changes to delivered but I have not received the package?

 tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not yet received it, you need to immediately contact your local post office branch to inquire if they have received your package. Some branches change the status to delivered after the package arrives at their facility. Inform them that you have not received the package, and they will contact the mail carrier to determine where the package was delivered. If you contact customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date, we will check the tracking information to see if we can assist you with historical records. Please note that once the tracking status of the package is created and your item has been dispatched, Yuepeng is no longer responsible for the package.

Q: What should I do if I entered the wrong address?

The goods will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. If the address provided is incorrect, Yuepeng shall not be held responsible, but we will contact you. Any additional costs incurred for changing the address must be paid by you. If the package is returned to Yuepeng due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to obtain the corrected address information and resend the package. The cost of reshipping will be deducted from your original payment method.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Yuepeng is not liable for the loss or theft of packages delivered to confirmed addresses. For packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered, we will not issue refunds or reimbursements. Upon inquiry, Yuepeng will confirm delivery to the address you provided, the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier details for customer reference.

Q:What should I do if my exchange results in a price discrepancy?

Should you return an item for an exchange that results in a price increase (for example, switching to a larger size bracelet, necklace, or ring, sizes 11 and 12), we will contact you after initiating the exchange process to obtain your credit card information to cover the difference. If the exchange leads to a lower price, the difference will be credited back to you in store credits.

QHow can I know when you have received my return?

After Yuepeng receives the package, you will receive a text message or email informing you that the receipt has been confirmed and you are aware of the return process. Yuepeng may take up to 15 days to receive and process the return.
